The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) seminar in Hyderabad, which we attended this month, provided us with a great perspective on what educational institutions worldwide are doing to involve alumni and parents in development activities. The use of online communication, such as Google Alerts, Facebook, YouTube, and Blogs are becoming more and more common.
